MechiGo is now serving Guwahati. The exact service radius is still being confirmed.
What are the service hours?+
MechiGo service availability is 24 hours. Mechanic assignment still depends on location, issue and live availability.
Do you service bikes and cars?+
Yes. MechiGo is for motorcycles, scooters, cars and SUVs. Supported makes and models will be published before live booking.
Can a mechanic come to my location?+
Yes. The model includes roadside and doorstep service. Jobs requiring heavier equipment or controlled conditions may be routed to a MechiGo facility.
Does roadside help include towing?+
Not currently. The MVP allows a customer to request an available mechanic at a shared roadside location, but does not promise towing or a guaranteed arrival time.
Can I buy parts through MechiGo?+
The customer experience is planned to include service-related products and commonly required parts. The launch catalogue, fitment and policy details are still being finalised.
Are service prices published?+
Not yet. Pricing, package inclusions and cancellation rules remain undecided and will be published when approved.
